Delivery Information

We use the Danish delivery service from our logistics center to deliver our product to you. Delivery time depends on the delivery option you choose. Free delivery takes about 7 business days. Paid delivery options have their delivery time shown on the checkout page.

When you have ordered your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

We receive your order and from there is your order in processing. Treatment can take up to 24 hours. We also ship orders over the weekend. 

Then we send you your package with the chosen delivery method. Delivery time is valid from this time.

You will receive a mail regarding the delivery time/status (where your package is at a given time).

You will receive an email at delivery to your home address or package store (from where you can pick up your package).

I the event of delivery to a package shop, you will be informed of the location of the package shop. It will be the nearest available to the delivery address you entered during your order. 

If you have received your package or you have just been informed that it is sent, please wait for the package

Otherwise visit the page "Return". You can find it in the section under "Customer Service".

Fill out the formular and send it.

Only unopened orders are refunded!!

Send us a mail and ask us to cancel the purchase.

If you have ordered more than one item and you only want to cancel some of them, tell us which products you do not want and we will refund the price of that product and we will ship the rest of your order.

Free shipping takes about one week (7-10 business days).

Products that are not in stock at this time are marked as pre-order.

You can still order "out-of-stock" items, but the delivery time has an added 1 week due to processing time.
