All prices in the webshop are in Danish kroner. Another currency can be selected.
In order to make a purchase through the website, you as a customer must accept the Terms.

To be able to order on the website, the customer must be 18 years old. VK Vitamins AB according to Swedish legislation, accepts credit purchases for persons under the age of 18.

Return Policy
When purchasing products from VK Vitamins AB, 14 days cancellation right always applies in accordance with applicable legislation on consumer protection. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying VK Vitamins AB of this within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods (withdrawal period) as a customer or customer agent. The goods must be returned to us as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The withdrawal period is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before this fourteen-day period expires.
In exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods and are responsible for any damage to the goods. Returns must not be sent in cash upon delivery or after payment.
Refund
VK Vitamins AB repays the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date VK Vitamins AB received notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. VK Vitamins AB can, however, wait for the refund until VK Vitamins AB has received the goods, or the customer has shown that the goods have been returned, for example. through a submission receipt.
The repayment will be made to the customer via the bank account the customer has provided.
Right of withdrawal / return does not apply to the following types of goods:
- Broken seal goods.
- Goods that can quickly deteriorate or become too old as dietary supplements, juices, etc.
NOTE! Do not return with cash on delivery. When you change, we send the goods you want to change. Included in the package is an invoice for your exchange.
Complaints
To be on the safe side, always have it to go through the packaging when you pick up your package. You have the right to open the package at no charge to ensure that the product is undamaged and functioning.
The warranty covers goods that are incorrect in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. A customer who wants to make a valid error in the ordered product must contact vitaminkiosken1@gmail.com. Enter your full name and receipt / invoice number and explain the problem.
Complaints made within two months of the customer discovering the error are always considered to be submitted on time. The customer has a 3 year warranty on goods purchased on the website.
VK Vitamins AB is responsible for the return shipment for approved complaints.
When the complaint is returned and the complaint is approved, the VK Vitamins AB will compensate the Customer in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We strive for this to happen within 14 days from the time we received the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the product. VK Vitamins AB reserves the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not wrong according to applicable consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, we follow the VK Vitamins AB s guidelines from the General Complaints Board or equivalent boards in other European countries. - Wrong product: If the wrong product is sent from us, we will send the right product, the wrong product must be returned to us. We send the return letter. Don't forget to indicate in the complaint which product you received instead.
- Product missing: We sent the missing item to you.
- Broken / defective: We send a new product. The entire product must be returned to us.
- Expiration date: Don't forget to indicate when the product has expired. We make our assessment accordingly.
- Second reason: If the cause is different, it must indicate the cause.
The article must be returned together with the invoice (or a copy thereof). Remember that as a customer of return you are responsible for the goods not being damaged in the transport back to us. We send the return letter.
In case of disputes regarding complaints, we follow the recommendation of the Directorate-General, ARN.
Change and cancel order.
You cannot change or cancel your order yourself on your site. We will change and cancel your order as far as possible when an order is trykt for packing, we do not have the ability to change or cancel it.

Delivery
Usually you have your package within 2-4 days. For larger campaigns, it may take a little longer. Smaller orders with a listed product are shipped when all goods are in stock. We reserve the right to remove the specified products from the order. If you have entered incorrect address information and we have sent your package, the price is DKK 134.00 to change the details afterwards (this is Post fee for changed availability). The change can take up to 48 hours to complete.
